Private room with private bathroom in a family home in Białołęka We are offering a furnished private room of approximately 14 m² with your own private bathroom in our 95 m² family apartment in Białołęka. The room is for one person and has a lockable door. Bed linen, pillows and blankets are provided. The apartment is shared with two adults and our almost 8-year-old child. We are looking for friendly, responsible and respectful tenant(s) who would like to feel at home rather than simply rent a room. The living room and kitchen are shared, and normal family life takes place here — watching TV, cooking, talking, spending time together and sometimes a bit of noise when our child gets excited. We want our tenant to feel comfortable and welcome in the home while respecting everyone’s privacy. We are primarily looking for a female tenant, but we can also consider couples. The apartment is located in a quiet, gated residential area. The building has an elevator and there are shops and public transport connections nearby.
